Practising Medical Students

Dr. Trimble is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Family and Community Medicine at the University of Toronto. She is actively involved in teaching medical students and family practice residents which helps produce the next generation of family doctors. You may be asked if you would allow a student or resident to participate in your care under the supervision of Dr. Trimble. Although you are free to opt out of participation, most patients enjoy seeing the students. We very much appreciate your help in training their soon-to-be colleagues. This initiative also benefits the community as many of the graduates return to Barrie to practice.
